Parameters:

message (string) – a general error message

Check the operands for being integer values.

Parameters:

• a (int) – first operand

• b (int) – second operand

Returns:

True if both operands are integers

Return type:

bool

Add two integer values.

Parameters:

Returns:

the addition result

Divide two integer values.
